1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our car rental services, you accept the following terms and conditions.
2. Rental Requirements
The renter must hold a valid driver's license and meet the minimum age requirement. National ID and a valid license are required at vehicle pickup.
3. Deposit & Payment
The security deposit is refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition. Rental fees are calculated on a per-day basis.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee.
5. Damage Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage, violations, or fines incurred during the rental period. Basic insurance does not cover all damages.
6. Mileage Limits
Some vehicles have daily mileage limits. Exceeding these limits will result in additional charges.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
